Severe Thunderstorms Expected Today and Chilling Cold Front Tonight

An intense upper level disturbance will move through the area this afternoon and Tonight. Expect thunderstorms to develop this afternoon and last into the evening hours. The best chances for thunderstorms will be across northeast and east central KS. Some of the the thunderstorms will be severe with all hazards possible. A cold front will move through the area Tonight, cooling high temperatures down into the mid 60s to lower 70s Tuesday through Thursday.
