Four Arrested in Herington Drug Bust Following 10-Month Investigation

A months-long methamphetamine investigation in Herington culminated this week with four arrests and the seizure of multiple controlled substances, according to the Dickinson County Sheriff's Office.

The Drug Enforcement Unit launched its investigation in December 2024 into methamphetamine distribution in the Dickinson County community. On October 9, 2025, deputies executed a search warrant at a residence in the 500 block of South A Street in Herington, where they discovered methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other controlled substances.

The sheriff's office served arrest warrants with assistance from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, Junction City Police Department and Herington Police Department.

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Dickinson County Jail:

Charles Miller, 48, of Woodbine, faces charges including distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, and no drug tax stamp.

Tyrone Wynne, 44, of Herington, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, and no drug tax stamp.

Jessica Christyauntie, 44, of Herington, faces charges of distribution of methamphetamine, distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, and no drug tax stamp.

AnneMarie Foxx-Cupp, 48, of Florence, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and no drug tax stamp.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities say additional arrests and charges are possible. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
