Dickinson County Filing Lists Marijuana, Paraphernalia and Speeding Charges

A misdemeanor criminal case was filed Aug. 5, 2026, in Dickinson County District Court, according to Kansas District Court records.

Case DK-2026-CR-000159 names Logan Adrian Roussel as the defendant. The complaint lists three allegations stemming from July 15: misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor use or possession of drug paraphernalia intended for use in the human body, and an infraction for exceeding maximum speed limits.

Court records identify the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office as the filing agency. A first appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. Aug. 27 in East Courtroom No. 2.
