New Online Water Bill Payment System Requires Customers to Re-Register
The City of Abilene's new online water bill payment system, InvoiceCloud, went live August 27, 2026, and is accessible through the Pay a Bill page on the City website. Customers who previously paid online must take action: your account number stays the same, but your old username and password did not transfer, so you must create new login credentials.
Customers who used AutoPay must also re-enroll, as that information did not carry over to the new system. The next water bill payment is due September 15. The City encourages customers to create their account and set up AutoPay early to allow time for processing.
Online payments remain free. Residents may also pay by mail, through the City Hall drop box, in person, or by phone. For help, call 785-263-2550 or email [email protected].
